When you closed your brand, it shook the industry to its core. It made everyone finally face the question of “is sustainability possible on the fashion industry?”

So sorry for the loss of your father. I remember your letter. I married in April 2024 in one of your dresses and you featured me in an email. ❤️ A million years ago I became obsessed with a Mara Hoffman jaguar 🐆 shirt dress. I’m still on a mission to find one second hand! During the sale I purchased a black off the shoulder dress to wear on my 40th in NYC. Isn’t it amazing how clothing can touch our lives and connect us to a designer we’ll likely never know? Design is special in that way. One persons work becomes key to our memories.
